We are hosting 2 special events for our 1st series: Food for Life 

    “A fundraiser for a new greenhouse at the Helping Center Garden of Marble Falls Food Bank”
    &
    VIP Wine and Appetizer “Garden Party” on Fri May 18th     

      

    VIP “GARDEN PARTY”
    MAY 18th
    4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    The first event will be held at Uptown Art House located at 218 Main Street in Marble Falls TX.

    Set up starts at 4:00 pm and ends after clean-up which should be approximately 10:00 pm.

    Dress code will be black & prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

    You must be 18 years old to work this event and will receive a free ticket to Saturday’s event.

    FOOD FOR LIFE FUNDRAISER &
    LIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL
    7:00 AM  – CLEANUP

    The second event is an all day long music and activity festival on Saturday, May 19th at Johnson Park, 230 Ave. J in Marble Falls and volunteers are needed for shifts throughout the day starting at 7:00 am.

    Duties to include set up of activity centers and monitoring, stage set up, load in and load out, help with vendors set up and take down, clean up and trash duty, front gate attendance, raffle organization, silent auction table set up and monitoring, silent auction table close out and take down, beverage station set up and take down, parking etc.

    Please fill out the info requirements and where you would most like to donate your energy and your available time slot. All volunteers will need to work at least 3 hours but can sign up for longer with approval. Each approved volunteer will receive free entry and a t-shirt.
